You might have noticed the “Export .csv" button at the center of the toolbar of your Shipments list:
This button gives you the possibility to export to your personal computer all your shipments integrated into Wakeo along with the relevant data (the export does not take into account the filters applied, only the creation date that you will choose after clicking on the button)
Once you've clicked on the button, you'll receive a link in your personal e-mail box to download a csv file.
This file contains the following data:
-shipment status (active, past, etc.)
-References (shipment reference, Forwarder reference, client booking number)
-The various parties involved in the shipment (Forwarder, Shipper, consignor, consignee)
-Product details (weight, volume, product description)
-Type of transport (air, sea, rail, road)
-Flow type (FCL, LCL, etc.)
-Shipment creation date
-Routing (places of arrival and departure for each segment)
-Tracking references (container number, Booking number, MBL, MAWB)
-Carrier name (sea/air/rail/road)
-Type of container used
-Name of ship/flight number/registration plate of means of transport
-ETD/ATD and ETA/ATA for each segment of your shipments (ETD and ETA values are always the first ETD/ETA we encounter on the shipment, it is a static value and we will not update it, it is actually the Planned date)
You may follow a tutorial to convert the .csv file into .xls, or follow the steps described here.
