You might be confronted with this question if you export your shipments : a CSV file will be downloaded!
Please find below the 7 steps to transform a CSV file into an excel format:
Open (or double click on) the CSV file with Excel
Select the first column where your data (column A) is stored then go to "Data" tab and select the button "Text to Columns"
In the window that appears, select « Delimited » and click on « Next »
Select "Semicolon" and unselect the other choices, then click on "Next"
Click on "Finish". If a warning message appears, click on « OK »
Save your file to overwrite your modifications
Select the "Excel Workbook" format
You now have your file in a standard Excel format
