On the left side of the ‘Shipments’ page, you can manage filters based on criteria such as:
Reference
Status: active, past or expired shipments
Transport Mode
Routing
Arrival Forecast: early, on-time, delayed
ETA difference (min/max days)
Shipment related parties
Transportation date
Vessel Name
By naming your search and clicking on ‘Save’ you can record any combination of filters and use it again later:
Regarding shipment statuses, they are broken down as follows:
-A shipment is active if it is in progress or has not yet met the conditions to become “Past” or “Expired.”
- A shipment becomes “Past” if its last segment includes an arrival milestone or any other milestone that must take place after the last stage with a current date.
-A shipment becomes “expired” if it has not received any milestone updates (estimated or current) for more than 30 days and (today - 30 days) > maximum date.
The maximum date for a shipment is the latest of the planned, estimated, and current dates of any milestone representing a departure or arrival on any segment.
