Search
Enter the port of departure (POL) and port of arrival (POD) using either the port name or its UN/LOCODE in the search bar.
If you cannot find a port in the list, please contact support@wakeo.co and we’ll add it for you.
The displayed schedules depart within three weeks of the selected earliest departure date.
Transit time
- Declared transit time: the official duration published by the shipping line for the schedule.
- Predicted transit time: the duration observed by Wakeo over the last three months, based on past port calls of all vessels operating on the concerned service.
Reliability
The reliability indicator shows the percentage difference between the declared and the predicted transit times.
| < 5% of transit time increase | |
| < 10% of transit time increase | |
| < 20% of transit time increase | |
| < 30% of transit time increase | |
| ≥ 30% of transit time increase | |
| not enough data to assess the reliability |
CO2e emissions
The CO2e emissions criterion displays the emissions for a 10-ton gross weight shipment, calculated using the vessel information from the schedule. The calculation follows the GLEC framework methodology.
| the calculation was made using the exact vessel information | |
| the calculation could not be completed |
My rates
With My rates, you can integrate your own freight tariff grids directly into Trusted Routes.
Wakeo supports integration with your rate management system or the upload of Excel rate sheets, so your contractual and negotiated pricing is displayed alongside route performance data.
This gives you a consistent, “all-in board-to-board” view of your costs for the lanes you care about, without manual lookup or spreadsheet consolidation.
Market rates
Market rates provide a market benchmark based on aggregated global freight pricing data from Freightos, a leading freight marketplace and intelligence provider.
These rates give you a port-to-port reference of spot and contracted market pricing, allowing you to compare your own rates with wider market trends.
Market rates help you understand where pricing sits across the broader market and support smarter decisions on pricing, negotiations, and alternative routing.
Nearby alternatives
When searching for schedules on a given POL–POD pair, Trusted Routes suggests alternative schedules that depart from or arrive at nearby ports and perform better in terms of transit time or CO₂e emissions.
You can exclude nearby alternatives from results by unticking the corresponding boxes for POL, POD, or both.
These nearby alternatives are generated using a clustering algorithm that considers multiple factors such as geographical distance, truck routing feasibility, and customs regulations.
You can also adjust the maximum distance for suggested nearby ports.
Filters :
You can refine your search using the following filters:
- Transit time
- Declared: display only schedules with a declared transit time within the selected range.
- Predicted: display only schedules with a predicted transit time within the selected range
- Include routes without predicted transit time: choose whether to display schedules without a transit time prediction (displayed by default).
Number of transshipment(s): display only schedules with or without transshipments (all displayed by default).
Alternative ports: display only schedules departing from or arriving at specific nearby ports (all displayed by default).
Exclude route with disruptions: choose whether to display schedules affected by disruptions at transshipments ports or other port calls (displayed by default).
Reliability: display only schedules with specific reliability scores (all displayed by default).
Sustainability:
- Filter by CO2e emissions range
- Include routes without estimation: choose whether to display schedules without CO2e emissions estimation (displayed by default).
Dates: filter schedules by cut-off dates, ETD or ETA within the selected range.
Shipping lines panels: display only schedules operated by specific carrier groups.
Panels for carrier alliances are available by default. Additional panels can be created, edited or deleted by clicking the ⚙️ icon.

Information coming from Wakeo:
- Disruption alerts: highlight potential plan changes or additional delays caused by geopolitical events, strikes, congestion, or other disruptions.
- Map: shows the service route based on Wakeo’s observed port calls for all vessels operating on that service.
- Large anchors represent the POL, POD, and transshipment ports.
- Smaller, lighter anchors represent other port calls.
