The table view shows one shipment per row, with the columns you choose. It helps when you follow many shipments at once and want to group them by consignee, carrier, vessel or container.
Step by step:
1. In Shipments, click the table icon in the view switcher, next to the standard and condensed views.
2. Click Display, then Columns, and tick the columns you need, grouped by family: References, Parties, Routing, Dates, CO2. You can show as many as you need.
3. To change the first column, pin another one: the two columns swap. Reset all brings back the default layout.
4. To group, open Grouping in the same menu and pick a field, for example Consignee, Carrier, Vessel or Container number. Each group shows its number of shipments and a gauge with its share of your filtered list (for example 25%). Click a group header to collapse or expand it, or use Collapse all / Expand all above the table for every group at once.
5. To sort, keep your main sort in Sort by, then click a column header: rows are sorted by that column inside the main sort. Click again to reverse the order.
6. Click a row to preview the shipment in a side panel without leaving the table. Previous shipment and Next shipment step through the rows of the page, and Open full page opens the shipment page.
Result: your shipments show as a table, with your columns. Each group gives its exact count and its share as a percentage, across your whole filtered list, not just the page you're on. Next time, the table opens as you left it.
Example: to see which ports your sea imports to Brazil land in, filter on status Active, transport mode Sea and routing Brazil, then group by POD. Each port shows its number of shipments and its share of the total: you see at a glance where your flow concentrates, for example one port taking more than half of the shipments, and the smaller ports. Expand a port to see its shipments.
Good to know:
- Your columns and grouping are saved in this browser: on another computer, the table opens with the default layout.
- When grouped by vessel, carrier or forwarder, some shipments appear in several groups (for example a transhipment on two vessels), so the percentages can add up to more than 100%. The table tells you so.
- Only the first 10,000 shipments can be browsed: narrow your filters to reach the others.
