To check the shipments with delays, go to the ‘Shipments’ tab and use the filters on the left side of the screen. You can use ‘Arrival forecast’ filter by selecting ‘Delayed’ or the ‘ETA difference’ filter, which allows you to indicate a minimum / maximum gap with planned arrival date.
Apply filters to show your selection on the Shipments list on the right.
In addition to that, you can select ‘ETA difference’ in the ‘Sort by’ drop-down.
Your shipments will be sorted in ascending or descending order of gap between planned arrival time and adjusted ETA.
For example, if you choose to sort by descending ETA difference you will see at the top of the list the shipments with the most important delays.
