What is this feature made for?
The shareable link feature will enable any Wakeo user to share relevant information about a shipment from its Wakeo account with anyone (being or not a Wakeo user).
Wakeo users will have the opportunity to send a universal link, that can be opened by anyone receiving it:

Send information to your clients, partners, suppliers,

Answer spot demands about track & trace,

Spread the information when all accounts are not yet released in your company.
What information is displayed to the recipients of the link?
An overview on track & trace information on the order including the shipments itinerary on the map, the events, the overall timeline and some general information on the shipment.
How to proceed ?
When connected to a shipment tab, you will notice the ‘Share’ button appearing at the top right corner of your screen:
When clicking on this button, the following window will appear, you can enter the email address(es) of the recipient(s) and update the subject and message body as you wish:
An email is then sent.
