Subscribing to a Saved Search allows you to monitor groups of shipments (like specific trade lanes, clients, or delivery locations) and receive a consolidated update.
Step-by-Step Setup:
- Navigate to your Saved Searches panel.
- Hover over the Saved Search you want to track and click the Bell icon next to its name.
- Select your transport mode: Subscriptions are currently set by transport mode (e.g., Sea, Air, Road). This allows you to maintain granular control over the specific events relevant to that journey type.
- Select your triggers: Choose the specific updates you care about for that mode. You can select operational milestones (e.g., Vessel Arrival, Flight Departure) or specific ETA deviations (e.g., ETA changes > 7 days compared to the Planned Time of Arrival).
- Choose your rhythm: Decide how often you want to receive your digest. Select Hourly for high-urgency portfolios or Daily to receive a single notification at a specific time (e.g., 8:00 AM).
- Click Save to activate your subscription.
The Output: You will receive a consolidated email digest summarizing the shipments that triggered your mode-specific rules. To keep your inbox clean, the notification highlights the 3 most recent updates and includes a direct button to review the full list of impacted shipments in your dashboard.
