How to Subscribe to a Single Shipment
Subscribing to a single shipment is the best way to closely monitor highly critical, time-sensitive, or VIP cargo. Unlike Saved Search digests, single shipment subscriptions trigger immediately.
Step-by-Step Setup:
- Open the specific shipment page you need to monitor.
- Click the Bell icon located in the top header of the page.
- Select your transport mode and milestones: Because subscriptions are set by transport mode, you have granular control to select the exact operational events relevant to this specific journey (e.g., Flight Arrival for Air, Vessel Arrival for Sea). Check the boxes next to the updates you want to track.
- Click Save to activate your subscription.
The Output: You will receive an instant notification the exact moment your selected milestone is hit, allowing you to react immediately.
