The purpose of this article is to explain the usefulness and functionality of the Shipment creation and Late creation Dashboards in Analytics.
Below you'll find some tips on how to use these dashboards :
This dashboard focuses on data quality, specifically on rejected shipments.
Here’s an overview of what you can find:
Main Goal: Identify shipments rejected by Wakeo to correct them and import them successfully.
Key Details in our example:
- Number of rejected shipments: 633
- Pie Chart: Shows the share of created shipments compared to rejected shipments (96% created, 4% rejected here, for example). Rejections are due to missing mandatory data.
- Line Chart: Tracks the evolution of shipment rejection volumes over time.
Options and Features:
- Rejection Table: Displays the rejection date and the corresponding reasons. It’s possible to select only the latest rejection reason, as a shipment can be rejected multiple times for the same reason or for different reasons if data is incorrectly corrected.
- Customization: You can select the columns to display in the table for your analysis to suit your needs.
- Additional Details: Slide to the right to view more information on each rejected shipment.
This dashboard thus allows you to monitor and analyze rejected shipments to improve data quality.
You will also have access to another page called "Late Creation" to evaluate the share of shipments created after departure to improve trackability.
