The purpose of this article is to explain the usefulness and functionality of the Performance Dashboard in Analytics.
Below you'll find some tips on how to use this dashboard:
The main purpose of the "Performance" dashboard is to compare a customer's average transit time with that of all Wakeo customers, in order to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Global comparison: The customer's average transit time (here 69 days) is compared with the market average (here 45 days).
- Trend over time: A graph shows how the customer's transit time compares to the market over several quarters.
- Mode of transport: The user can choose between air and sea modes of transport.
This page helps to visualize differences in transit time performance compared to the market, with specific data on routes, shipment volumes, and transport companies.
- Route selection: The user can choose a specific route to analyze, which will filter the other graphs accordingly.
- Low-performance routes: Routes where transit time underperforms the market are highlighted in yellow, orange or red. Differences are expressed in days.
- Carrier comparison: A graph compares transit times (in blue for the customer, in grey for the market) and shipment volumes (in yellow) for different carriers. Volumes are expressed in number of bookings/BL for sea and MAWB for air.
The aim is to identify opportunities for improvement by analyzing performance by route and by carrier.
How to use this page ?
- Identify new carriers with shorter transit times:
Select a route where you are underperforming the market.
Look for carriers with whom you have no shipments, but who offer shorter transit times. - Identify new services with existing carriers:
Select a route where your performance is below that of the market.
Look for carriers you already work with, but where the market is performing better.
This helps you identify opportunities for improvement by adjusting your choice of carriers according to market performance.
