Once there, you'll have access to several pages for analyzing different data, as well as to several pre-set filters that you can customizable yourself (see bottom screenshot).

Let's make sense of your dashboard's layout:
- Title of the Dashboard: At the top, you'll find the title that indicates you're in the "Performance" section. This helps you identify which aspect of your operations you're analyzing.
- Unit Selection: You can apply a consistent unit to all charts for uniformity, ensuring you're comparing apples to apples.
- Comprehensive Filters: On the left, there's a panel with filters that apply to the entire page. Use these to narrow down the data by transport date, reference, parties, routing, and more for a tailored view.

In order to master the use of Analytics, here are some tips that will help you :
Tip 1: Mastering Your Dashboard: Filters, Data, and Exporting
Filters:
- Customize what you see by applying filters across the entire page. You can filter by transport date, reference, parties, routing, transport mode, and status.
- Use the '+' button to add filters and the 'Clear' button to remove all filters at once.
Raw Data:
- Click "Raw Data" to reveal all underlying data behind the charts for a granular look at your operations.
- To toggle back to the charts view, click "raw data" again.
- For a focused view, select a chart and hit "raw data" to display only the data that pertains to your chosen chart.
Export Features:
- Use the export button (looks like an upward arrow) to export data.
- Select data points directly in the table and use the '...' menu to find more options for exporting.
Remember, these features are designed to give you full control over the data you're viewing and analyzing. Use them to gain deeper insights and to tailor the information to your specific needs.

Chart Interactions:
- Your dashboard is interactive. Click on any element within a chart, and all related charts will adjust to highlight that specific data point. It's a quick way to filter and focus on the precise information you need without manually adjusting settings.
Table Display:
- Tailor the data table to your needs. Select the specific data points you want to see, and they will appear in the table.
- You have the freedom to organize how data is presented. If you want to rearrange the order, clear all selections and then click on each element in the sequence you prefer. This gives you a customized view that aligns with your priorities.

Fine-Tune Your Data Analysis with Custom Filters
- Default Display:
By default, your dashboard shows all shipments for a broad overview. Use the filters to refine your analysis to the specific shipments that interest you. Remember, The filters apply only to all the pages of the current dashboard.
- Transport Date Filter:
Narrow down your analysis to a specific time frame using the 'Transport date' filter. The terms explained are:
- Pickup = departure date of the first segment
- POL (Port of Loading) = departure date of the main segment
- POD (Port of Discharge) = arrival date of the main segment
- Delivery = Arrival date of the last segment
- Creation date = shipment creation date
- Reference Filter:
Allows for selecting references to deep-dive on a specific shipment, using forwarder reference, client reference, client booking number, or container number.
- Party Filter:
Select a specific party for your analysis, such as forwarder, shipper, consignee, consignor, or carrier.
- Routing Filter:
Filter on all departures/arrivals by country and addresses, with options for pickup, POL, POD, and delivery locations.
- Status Filter:
Use this filter to select your shipment status, with checkboxes for 'Completed' and 'In-transit'.
- Transport Mode Filter:
Select the main transport mode of your shipments, with options for Air, Rail, Road, or Sea.
