You can setup email alerts in order to follow changes on your critical shipments from your user account > 'Settings' > 'Alerts' tab.
Two kinds of alerts are available: for all shipments or by transport mode.
You can select among several trigger events, and even by threshold for ETD/ETA change (how many days of delay will trigger the alert).
