You can check the list of users with access to a shipment on right upper corner of the shipment detail screen.
Furthermore, if you wish to give access to a user or enlarge your visibility scope, please ask your internal key user to make a request to Wakeo support team.
All users assigned to this shipment can now access the uploaded documents.
